Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Orders once exchanged are not eligible for return.

Return & Pickup Process:

  • Once we acknowledge your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup from the delivery address.
  • Our courier partner will collect the package within 1–3 days and ship it back to us.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable by our partners (Bluedart or Delhivery), you will need to return the items through a reputed courier service and share the tracking details with us.

Processing Time:

  • After we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return request will be declined, and you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product meets the return conditions.
  • Refunds/Exchanges are initiated within 5–7 business days after pickup and inspection.

Refund Method:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund credit to your account may take 5–7 additional business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size/design at the time we receive your return package.
